As almost all of our socks are made to order we cannot guarantee next day delivery on many items. In some cases however we may be able to dispatch orders the same day. If this is possible we will do so. However you can rest assured we will process your order as quickly as possible and get it out for delivery. We use a 24 hour courier service for our orders to make sure you receive your orders in the quickest possible time.
We use Derby Express Couriers to ship our products and in some places like Greater London the shipping prices may differ from the prices on the site, therefore an additional charge will be added after the order is placed to cover the cost.
We use a weight based delivery charge as we feel this is the fairest way of charging, so that smaller orders don't
have to pay the same delivery charges as larger, heavier items.
The delivery charge is worked out using the pre-determined weights of each items
UK Mainland Delivery
We send all parcels by Courier, which is a 24 hour service once dispatched, which will require a signiture, to ensure safe and swift delivery, and also so we can track your parcel on its way to you.
Delivery Outside UK Mainland
Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & remote areas of Scotland all carry a surcharge.
Orders to Europe will be sent with Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For, up to 2KG after which will be sent with a courier. The signiture gives assurance of safe delivery, as does the courier

Returns and Refunds
Items may be returned only if the goods are faulty, and we must be notified of faulty goods within 7 days of your
order being dispatched. With faulty goods you will be offered either an exchange or a refund.
This is not applicable if the wrong colour, style or size is ordered. It is the customers responsibility to order correctly. Each order is manufactured to customers specification, and most are not stock items therefore we strongly advise customers to contact us if they are unsure of anything before ordering. Please e mail and we will help to answer any questions you may have.
Also please note that bespoke and personalised socks are non- returnable unless they are faulty, and if so a suitable replacement will be sent.
